Shrimp and Zucchini Kebobs














Another type of BBQ we served at our outdoor picnic ;-)

Ingredients:
4 Bags (2lbs each bags) of Frozen Jumbo Shrimp (Peeled & Thawed)
4 Zucchini
Fresh Chopped Rosemary
EVOO
Mrs. Dash Seasoning or Salt & Pepper
A Dash of Red Pepper Flakes

40+ Bamboo Skewers Soaked in Hot Water Overnight

Directions:
Thaw shrimp. Place in a large container. Toss chopped rosemary, EVOO and Mrs. Dash Seasoning or Salt & Pepper. Mix well. Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

The following day. Slice zucchini (season with salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash) into small quarters. Alternately thread shrimp and zucchini into Bamboo Skewers (about three of each in a skewer).

Grill in hot coals or gas grill for about 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve while hot.
