Toasted Mamon















After baking your mamon and still feel like doing something extra, you can slice them up and bake in the oven for a few minutes. Then, you'll have yourself some toasted mamon or as the Italian's call it a Biscotti "Twice Baked"!

Ingredients:
Baked Mamon

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 250°F. Take a loaf of your mamon and slice it into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Place a sheet of foil in a baking pan and line each slices of the mamon on the pan. Bake for 30 minutes, turning the cookies after 15 minutes or when lightly browned or crisp to touch. Cool in a wire baking rack. Store in an air tight container.
